2. How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: To schedule, coordinate, and complete the services you request, and to send you confirmations and updates.
- Communication: To text or call you about your quote, appointment, or service result. We primarily communicate via text message.

- Marketing (with your consent): To send you seasonal promotions, re-booking reminders, and information about Zillar Care membership. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or emailing us.
- Analytics: To understand how our website and marketing channels perform so we can improve our service.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Assigned Service Providers: The independent contractor assigned to your job receives your name, property address, and relevant service notes needed to complete the work.
- Service providers and tools: We use third-party tools like HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Microsoft Clarity (session analytics) to operate our business. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and applicable data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfer: If Zillar is acquired or merges, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Zillar regarding your service appointments, quotes, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
If you opt in to marketing messages, you may receive promotional texts about Zillar services and offers. To opt out of marketing messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site. We use:

We may use anonymized, non-identifiable before/after images for marketing purposes (e.g., our website gallery). We will never share identifiable images of your home without your explicit written consent.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer records are generally retained for 3 years after your last service date. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 8).
