Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no annual commitment. Call us or text us and it’s done. We’d rather earn your membership every month than lock you in.
Do the free services roll over if I don’t use them?
Free services are per calendar year and don’t roll over — but we’ll remind you when you haven’t used them so you never leave value on the table.
What services does the 10–20% discount apply to?
All of them. Roof cleaning, junk removal, gutter cleaning, rodent protection, construction and repairs, subscription maintenance — every service Zillar offers, every single visit.
Is there a setup fee or first-month minimum?
No setup fee. You pay your first month when you enroll and that’s it. You can cancel before your second month bills if it’s not for you.
What is “same-day priority scheduling” exactly?
Plus and Elite members go to the front of the line. When you call before 10am, we aim to have a crew at your property the same day. Essential members are guaranteed within 48 hours. Non-members are scheduled based on availability.
When do my free services become available?
Free services unlock after your 3rd monthly payment. This gives both sides a fair deal — you get genuine long-term value and we can offer it sustainably. After month 3 you’re locked in at charter pricing, and your free services activate on schedule from there.
What happens to unused free services if I stay enrolled?
They’re yours for the calendar year. We’ll send you a reminder if you haven’t used them. As long as you’re an active member you won’t lose them — they just don’t carry over to the following year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and your new benefits kick in immediately. Downgrade at the start of your next billing cycle. Just call us.
